If cancel due to personal reasons: above 7 days prior to departure, a full refund will be offered, if cancel 0-7 days prior to departure, 2000rmb cancellation fee will be charged, and the rest of the trip fee will be refunded; If the trip is cancelled due to Covid policy: full refund will be offered. 3. Please note that hotel rooms are twin shared rooms. What you should know before signing up: 1. There's heavy snow situation in Altay Region (Kanas/Hemu) in winter and the road might be closed for up to 3 days. (20% chance), If it happens, you will have to stay 1-2 more nights in Hemu or Burqin City, and the hotel/tour guide expenses will be added and will be on your own expenses, and the itinerary will prolong for up to 3 days. All the extra expenses due to unexpected weather conditions will NOT be compensated by OKDealTravel. And please DO NOT book your return flight before we leave Altay Region in case this situation happens. And please make sure you have at least 10 days of free time for this trip.

2. We will use an SUV + tour bus for the trip, but the road condition in winter may slow down our itinerary. Please keep an open mind and we appreciate your understanding.
