2. Outdoor clothes:*Temperature in April is relatively high in daytime (around 12- 24℃) , but very low at night. (around 2℃);For daytime activity, You should dress in layers, including quick-dry base layer, warm middle layer, and 1 light & 1 heavy outdoor coat; And most importantly, prepare 1-2 pairs of comfortable hiking shoes.

3. For the hiking: The trip contains light hiking in Day 4 and Day 5; it's not intense but hiking shoes is essential! trekking pole is optional. Don't forget to bring some energy snacks and water.

About high altitude sickness:

The altitude during the trip is around 2000m, only in day 3 and day 4 it'll reach 3000-4000m while hiking in Yala Snow Mountain. You may feel a little sick at first. But don't worry, drink lots of water and have enough sleep, you won't have strong symptoms.  You could also take the tablet hongjingtian (红景天) starting 7 days prior to departure as precaution.
