About AltitudeThe altitude in Gannan area is around 3,000m on average (areas over 2700m belongs to high-altitude area), which means you need to get prepared for high-altitude sickness. But don't panic, 3000m is still relatively low and most people will get used to it after 1 or 2 days. But still, remember to prepare some medicines like "Hongjingtian(红景天)" just in case.
