Join us for a 2.5-hour hands-on journey into one of China's most cherished culinary traditions!
This Mid-Autumn Festival, we invite you to discover the art of mooncake making – two distinct styles in one workshop!
You'll create Su-style Savory Pork Mooncakes (鲜肉月饼) – golden, flaky pastries with a juicy pork center – alongside Snow Skin Mooncakes with Red Bean Paste (冰皮红豆沙月饼) – a modern, no-bake treat with a chewy exterior and sweet, velvety filling. It's the perfect taste of tradition and innovation, side by side.
